How to login to the Help Desk

Step # 1:

Open your web browser (e.g Google Chrome) and go to Gibraltar.AFGTechnology.com

This will take you to the Gibraltar Home Health IT Help Desk web page where you can access knowledge base articles and articles on how to use and communicate with office staff.

Browse to Gibraltar.AFGTechnology.com

Go to Gibraltar.AFGTechnology.com

Step # 2: Click on Sign Up

Enter your name, email address, and complete the capcha to successfully sign up.

The system will send a welcome email to the email address you used during sign up.

Please take note of and save your login information. You will need it later to login to the Gibraltar IT Help Desk.

Step #3:

Open your email check your inbox and you should see a new welcome email.

Click "Accept The Invitation"

Step # 4:

After you click Accept The Invitation you be taken to the Gibraltar Home Health IT Help Desk web page.
